(360) 589-4550We built 3C’s in Elma to give students a more flexible way into commercial driver training—with less time waiting to get started and a clear conversation about what comes next.
Getting into training should not feel like being stuck in a waiting room. We started 3C’s because we wanted students to have more flexibility and spend less time waiting to begin. That purpose still guides how we talk with you about your availability and training goals.
Elma is part of that approach. Its quieter, lower-traffic setting gives students room to concentrate on learning the equipment and developing their driving skills. Our location connects the Olympia area and Grays Harbor through State Route 8 and U.S. 12.
Once you’re here, we work on understanding the equipment and building the skills: classroom learning, inspection, backing, vehicle control and supervised driving. We use sleeper and day-cab trucks; talk with an instructor about transmission options, equipment availability and licensing restrictions.
