Get ready. Make one trip count.
Prepare for your permit, request your driving abstract during the same licensing-office visit, and tell Enrollment what you have already finished.
Choose a program so it is included in your enrollment message.
0 items checked — this is not an eligibility score
1. Before your driver licensing visit
Get your paperwork together before traveling. You do not need both a birth certificate and a passport: use a document DOL accepts for your situation.
2. Permit work and your driving abstract — one visit
When arranging your permit visit, ask the licensing office about the knowledge tests and request your driving abstract during that same visit. Confirm appointment availability and any fees. If the office cannot complete everything that day, ask what remains.
3. Knowledge tests you have already passed
Check passed tests only. Leave a box unchecked if you have not passed it or are unsure. Not every test applies to every program. For Class A with air brakes, discuss General Knowledge, Air Brakes and Combination Vehicles with Enrollment; Class B with air brakes generally involves General Knowledge and Air Brakes. Your vehicle and existing license matter.
4. Arrange enrollment with 3C’s
You can contact us before everything is complete. Enrollment will review the steps for your program and help you plan what to do next.
Send Enrollment your starting point.
Contact Enrollment carries your checked items and training interest into a ready-to-review email. Unchecked items mean “not confirmed,” not “failed” or necessarily required. You will send the email from your own email app.
Checkmarks stay only while this page session remains open; refreshing clears them. Nothing is sent until you send the email. Do not upload or email license numbers, Social Security numbers, birth certificates, medical information or drug-test results through this checklist.
