Use checkmarks only. Do not put Social Security numbers, driver license or permit numbers, birth dates, birth certificates, passport details or photos, medical records, DOT card photos, or drug-test results on this website or in your checklist email.

Only tell us which steps you have completed. Ask Enrollment how to provide any required documents separately.

3C’s will not ask you to send sensitive private information or documents by email or text. This includes Social Security numbers, license or passport numbers, medical records, drug-test results, banking details and passwords.

If an email or text asks for that information, do not reply, click links, open attachments or send anything. Close the message and call 3C’s using a number listed on this website—not a number supplied in the suspicious message. Call Enrollment.

Your name, callback number, training interests and completed checklist items are enough for an enrollment inquiry.
